Premier Inns Concord

I had a nice romantic getaway at this hotel! The location was perfect-close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore together. The room was cozy, and I appreciated the late check-out option, giving us a bit more time to enjoy each other's company without rushing.

I had really great days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. Fairly clean property, loved to be close enough to restaurants and food thanks to marvellous location. The staff was polite and wonderful and great to deal with.

Very disappointing experience. The room was not cleaned properly, with dirty carpets and hair on the bedding, forcing me to sleep on top of the cover. Waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes before check-in due to a locked lobby was frustrating. On a brighter note, parking was convenient and they provided poop bags for pets, a nice touch.

There were significant drawbacks .

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the refreshing outdoor swimming pool and the cozy sun loungers that made relaxing a breeze. While it’s convenient having a fitness center, I did notice the Wi-Fi could be a bit flaky during peak hours. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a nice getaway! 😊

A Cozy Stay with Great Service!

Enjoyed a good four-night getaway! The Queen Room offered comfortable amenities, and we loved the on-site restaurant's breakfast options. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided a warm welcome. Just be sure to ask for extra tissues upon check-in to avoid running out during your stay!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with cozy pillow-top beds and a tv. The location was perfect for exploring Concord, with easy access to the freeway and nearby attractions.

There was a lack of breakfast options.

The accessible routes were very helpful, which I appreciated . The decorations had a warm, inviting touch.

More seating in common areas, please.

The Queen Room provided decent space, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable which was a plus. The location allows easy access to local attractions.

The cleanliness standards left much to be desired. There were lingering dirt marks in the tub and some old stains on the bedspread that could have used an upgrade. It was like the place was overdue for a thorough cleaning throughout the common areas.

The staff was helpful and quick to assist with my inquiries, which greatly enhanced my work experience. The online payment process was seamless and efficient.
